Main Site : Give a Gift The world's first successful controlled flight in an engine-driven, heavier-than-air machine took place on December 17, 1903. This incredible breakthrough in manned flight started the legacy of aviation. Utah State University (USU), the Space Dynamics Laboratory (SDL) and the US Air Force are joining in the celebration of the 100th Anniversary of the Wright Brothers' historic flight. The objective of the Wright Flyer is to inspire young people to delve into their own imaginations, unearthing new invention. USU hopes to encourage continuing education with the great potential to refine and educate young minds.
The Wright Brothers started a trend of invention and it is our goal to continue the legacy. Be a part of the legacy by donating to this effort. Your tax deductible gift will ensure the success of this project.
